Managing the water in your Jacuzzi hot tub
Due to the fact that hot tub water is warm, the chemical balance can alter quite easily. It is important to test your hot tub water everyday and if necessary, chemically adjust it to restore the water balance. Using chemicals correctly will not only help you enjoy your Jacuzzi hot tub safely, but ensures that water is cleaner for longer. Test for sanitiser daily and test again after use. The amount of sanitiser needed with vary on the size of your hot tub, the number of bathers and the temperature of the water. Take the advice of our Jacuzzi authorised retailers and choose a sanitiser that suits you. Always check the pH levels. If the pH is incorrect (too alkaline or too acidic) it can lead to discomfort and poor disinfection.
