Jacuzzi® Response to COVID-19

To our global Jacuzzi® family,

As a brand that was founded in health and wellness, the wellbeing of our customers, retail partners and colleagues has always been at the heart of what we do.

During this unprecedented time, we want to let you know what we’re doing at Jacuzzi® to uphold these values and the measures we have put in place.

Our retail showrooms have always followed strict heath and safety guidelines but following the latest government update, our showroom network will be closed until further notice.

At this time, we are still delivering and installing our products using contactless procedures and our retail network will look to provide online alternatives to showroom visits, as well as contactless deliveries on chemicals and accessories. Please speak to your local Jacuzzi® retailer if you have an upcoming installation and to discuss what options are available at individual showrooms.

As always, our priority is for the safety of you all.

Our retail showrooms have always followed strict heath and safety guidelines and following the latest government update, our showroom network is now beginning to re-open where possible. At the moment this is predominately on an "appointment only" basis and adhering to strict Government safety guidelines. We are still delivering and installing our products using contactless procedures, as well as contactless deliveries on chemicals and accessories. Please speak to your local Jacuzzi® showroom to understand options for viewing and ordering products at individual showrooms.

Our technicians are now back carrying out service and repair work though on a reduced level and following strict social distancing guidelines. Please note that if you have a fault that affects the filtration of your product and we are unable to get to you quickly, we may ask you to drain your product immediately to avoid any potential health risks.

Our Customer Care department has not been affected at this time and you should not experience any delays or downtime in our aftersales service. If you need to speak to our Customer Care team, please email customercare@jacuzzi.co.uk or call 0113 272 7430 and they will be happy to help.

Jacuzzi® has not been complacent during this rapidly changing situation and we have been fully committed to adhering to all advice given by local and international authorities. We have taken continued steps at our global manufacturing and office facilities to enable teams to work from home, drive social distancing and enhance our already substantial hygiene standards.

Our products have always utilised innovative technology to help maintain clean and clear water and our CLEARRAY® water management system uses the same UV-C technology deployed in bottled drinking water, aquariums and hospitals.

However, we are of course aware of the questions currently being asked about the use of hot tubs and swim spas during this time, and whilst we continue to monitor all coverage and advice from relevant bodies, we want to reassure you that that there is no evidence the virus can be spread through pools and hot tubs. As outlined by the The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC):

There is no evidence that COVID-19 can be spread to humans using pools and hot tubs. Proper operation, maintenance, and disinfection (e.g. with chlorine and bromine) of pools and hot tubs should remove or inactivate the virus that causes COVID-19.

Although as a brand that was founded in health and wellness, we're also committed to performance and and how our products can help with fitness, recover and relaxation, therefore, in partnership with one of our dealers (Bedfordshire Hot Tubs) we have provided solutions to allow our GB Olympic Swimmers to continue to train at home for Tokyo 2021 during the current UK lock down.
