Buying A Hot Tub

So you’ve decided to take the plunge and buy your very own hot tub, your dealer will organise the payment schedule with you and some dealers will even be able to organise finance on your hot tub if you wanted to spread the cost.

Upon purchase the dealer will highlight the requirements needed to deliver and install the hot tub to your priority such as electrical and ground requirements.

Once the site survey has taken place the dealer will then be able to organise a date for delivery and installation of your hot tub.

Between Purchase and Delivery

After you have made your purchase, and before installation your dealer will organise a visit to where the hot tub is to be installed.

On the site survey a dealer will look at access to where the hot tub is to be installed to ensure that delivery and installation runs smoothly and easily. They will make recommendations on how delivery needs to be made as to whether a standard delivery can take place or if any special requirements are required for delivery such as a Hiab or crane.

Special Requirements

Should you require special delivery equipment your dealer will be able to recommend a service to you, however it is your responsibility to arrange these and further surveys maybe required before delivery can take place.

Filling & Training

Once connected to the electrical supply, your hot tub will be filled with water, a good dealer will provide a comprehensive training lesson how to use your hot tub, the features and the chemicals required and how to use them to maintain your water.
